Additional Info: Son of William and Winifred (Nee OBrien) Married St Leonards Church, Langho 1904. Address 20 Calder Avenue, Billington. Alan a driver with the R.A.S.C died from wounds received in France on July 15th. Prior to joining the Army four years ago he was employed by the Lancashire County Council. A member of the Langho Parish Church and the Whalley Reading Room. Another brother is serving with the R.A.F in India.
